"This is a real 5-star hotel. My wife and I spent a weekend in Capri at Tiberio. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"It is a very nice place, conveniently located within walking distance to Capri city center. No taxis were required as it was close to town and also Marina Grande.
