"This was the perfect place for our family! We were right on the beach and the condo was comfortable, clean, spacious, and provided great supplies for the beach. We also enjoyed the amenities of the complex. The host was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return!"

"This was our second visit to Incommunicado and we loved it again! Justin, the host, is easy and quick to communicate with. The property is always well kept with no hassles along with a short walk down a private path directly to the beach. We even rented a travel trailer this year and had it delivered directly to the site rather than hauling pur trailer 600 miles there!We are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Definitely a good place to stay in the area. Just needs a desperate carpet cleaning. Upon arrival there were three obvious pet stains in the master bedroom carpeting that I had to clean. Otherwise good place. Needs to be repaired. There are several areas throughout the unit that have been bandaged vs actually repaired. All cosmetic, but makes you feel like you aren’t getting your money’s worth on the value paid vs expected value from the pictures. It’s understandable being a pet friendly unit but the cleaners should do better job is all. We always choose pet friendly due to our buddy that tags along but this one was a little lacking in sanitation. Again it’s pet friendly so we were surprised but not shocked. The grounds are very nice and very easy access to beach and pools."

"If you want laid back, this is the place to be. The “sea for miles”. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The open floor plan didn’t block our view no matter where you stood. With the doors open on all levels it provided a nice breeze through the house. With the screen porch you are able to enjoy the weather and not the sun, but the top sun deck is amazing in the day and night! For a day in the sun, all you need is sunblock, a chair, a towel, and a small cooler. Even though we had double red flags and couldn’t “swim” the storm awarded us with a number of shells. The cape does have a general store that has great shelf products and yummy food you must try! The communication with the host was great and they really helped us with all questions. They were very quick to respond. Will certainly make this our annual summer spot! Can’t wait to go back!"

"Excellent location, excellent amenities. Quiet secure neighborhood close to the State Park. Beach access was close and easy, but might be difficult for someone with physical disabilities due to the amount of stairs. Plenty of parking, plenty of beds, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The only thing I wished we had access to that we didn’t have was a broom. We have been to the Cape many times and we would put this place at the top of our list for next time!"

"The place was immaculate! Emily was quick to answer a couple questions I had. Close to beach and perfect for our Max. Every amenity you could want! The only negative, and not the host’s fault, was the road, Antiqua Dr. coming into the condo. It was horrible! Bumpy with huge ruts. Needs to be leveled!"
