Property Details: INSIDE: Our home has updated furnishings and a fun beach vibe. It has been completely renovated inside and out. You will enjoy a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a 43" TV with Roku, a gulf view and a beautiful private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and gulf view and the second bathroom is just across the hallway with a tub/shower combo. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and quartz countertops and is well equipped to make you feel right at home. The kitchen bar overlooks the large dining area which is open to the living room with comfy couches and a 55" TV. We have wifi, movies and games for hanging out with the family. OUTSIDE: Under the building there is designated covered parking for two vehicles and an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off with after enjoying a day at the beach. Next to the shower is the storage/laundry room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your added convenience. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Reservations are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 people since that is all our home is sized and equipped to accommodate. EXTRA AMENITIES: We want your vacation to be special so we provide everything we can think of to make your vacation as carefree as possible. We supply all your bed and bath linens and basic household supplies. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Our goal is to help you just relax and make this a true dream vacation. \*PET FRIENDLY: Cape San Blas offers some of the only pet friendly beaches around and is a great opportunity to vacation with your furry friend. We have an oversized doggie door that leads to the shaded porch which is gated off so you and your pet can enjoy the Gulf views together. The pet fee is $185 and we do allow up to 2 pets. It is required you mention your pet(s) and provide specifics upon booking but we do not discriminate on size and types. It is very important that you do not bring your pet if it cannot be left alone, is not comfortable in a strange place or is not potty trained. It will not be fun for anyone including your pet. \*Please make sure you select you are traveling with pets so the pet fee is added. CHILDREN: Please note we do not have special safety precautions setup for children inside or outside our home. We rely on parents to make the determination of what is suitable and to watch their children. But of course, we do have children's dishes, utensils, games, movies, beach chairs, beach toys and more. It’s so comfortable and has everything you need with a great porch, two queen beds, two baths, a great kitchen with a huge great room and eating area. The host is so responsive to all texts and emails - we’ve even referred a friend. The sunsets are beautiful and I cannot more highly recommend this spot! The spacious unit is walking distance to the Trading Post and just a few steps from the beach. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The owner was very thoughtful in making items available for the beach—everything from beach towels, coolers, chairs, etc. There were lots of supplies for our dogs—bowls, towels, toys. The house was accommodating with accessories for the beach and pets (if needed). Everyone in town and on the island were super friendly and welcoming to us. It was clean, well-maintained, & had everything that we needed including a really helpful guest book. The bed in the master BR was so comfortable. Although we had our own, there was a closet filled with dog supplies for those who travel with their pet. The general store & several casual restaurants were within walking distance. The only reason I did not give the property an overall excellent rating is because of the accessway from the street. It apparently flooded out at one time, leaving large deep potholes that fill with water when it rains. We were never able to wear our shoes in the house after walking anywhere outside— not because of the sand from the beach but because of the mud & grit from all areas leading up to the beach house. Pristine Properties should at least attempt to level the access by filling it in with stones or gravel. If you have a low profile vehicle & visit after it rains, good luck. ##### Lynn W. We literally did not need to bring anything but clothes and food. Everything else was provided and available. Emily, our host, was very helpful and easily contacted. On the negative side, the drive way to the house was awful. Huge potholes, deep puddles after rain, and very slippery mud. Navigating the driveway was a very rough ride. I had a fall in the area in front of the house due to the mud, and hit my head on the ground. Had to make a trip to the local ER for a CT exam of head and neck. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Also, pictures on VRBO make it appear you have a gulf view, which is not the case. I would not likely book this property again. ##### Philip H. This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We cooked in a few nights and had every utensil and pan needed. The queen sized bed was super comfy and the description of this unit is not an exaggeration...it really is that close to the beach! We had a wonderful time and the only downside was having to leave.
