  • You name it, we got it! Check out this Gulf front home that is only steps from the beach with all the amenities you could imagine.

    You Name It! has 5 bedrooms (3 Kings/ 2 Doubles/ 2 Bunk Beds).

    Spend the day in the ocean or relaxing in the "gulf front elevated/heated pool" that overlooks not only the beach, but also the beach volleyball court. Spend some time playing Shuffleboard, challenge your family to a Cornhole or Ping Pong Tournament or just sit back and spot the dolphins swimming in the ocean.

    After a full day in the sun, this newly constructed 5 bed/6 bath home is the perfect place to grill out by the pool or wind down and relax on the screened in porch where you're able to catch the spectacular sunset as it creates panoramic views across the house. This home is handicap accessible and can be moved about with ease in a wheelchair (it is not qualified as ADA).

We loved our stay, the views are wonderful. Our kids loved the heated pool as some days in March get a bit chilly. We also spent everyday at the beach enjoying the soft beautiful sand.

Wonderful vacation spot! House was amazing - just as advertised. Easy access to the beach and perfect for my daughter in wheelchair. Host responded quickly when had questions. We rented with 2 other families and would definitely recommend.

We have been renting beach homes for 40 years, and this home is better than any previous. The beach was close, clean, uncrowded, wide, and beautiful. The home was easy to access, clean, well-appointed, and fully equipped. There was always plenty of hot water, and the HVAC system worked well. The pool was small but made a nice place to cool off. Plenty of parking and some nice outdoor games. The owner responded promptly to questions or problems. Beautiful sunsets.

Absolutely gorgeous home. What sold us on the home was how close it was to the water, the elevator, and flat board walk for our senior dog to easily get to the beach. Mare was amazing to work with and we are so appreciative she shared her home with us. Check in/out was a breeze, no issues whatsoever, definitely recommend.

The view from the porch and pool deck was amazing. The short walk to the beach was awesome. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar. We had almost everything we needed. It was a great place for my handicapped sister.

Quiet Beach Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in the winter season. Loved the quiet location and spending time walking the beach each day. The home is exactly as advertised, we hope to be back again someday.

House was fully stocked with everything you would need to ensure an trouble free stay. Kitchen is awesome and had everything we needed to prepare thanksgiving dinner ! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This property was amazing! The location was fantastic. We loved having private access to the beach and it was a quick walk/bike ride to the trading post. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want. Finding an accessible house that also allows pets is a rare find and this met all of our needs. We can wait to visit again!

Very nice house, number of bedrooms was perfect for our family of grandparents,kids,grandkids. Pool very, very much enjoyed by kids. Liked that it was shallow enough for a non-swimming grandma to walk in, so I was able to watch the kids while parents were on the beach. Had a wonderful vacation here.
