"This little gem on Netarts Bay exceeded every expectation. Nestled among the trees with beautiful views of the estuary, it felt peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. We loved watching the birds and wildlife from the porch and soaking in the hot tub while listening to the ocean in the distance.The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect coastal getaway. The location was ideal—quiet and serene, yet close to the beach and all the activities the area has to offer.What really made this stay special was the care and attention that clearly went into creating such a welcoming space. Every detail made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat on the Oregon Coast, this is it. We left refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!"

"The view is unbeatable. Gorgeous views from the deck and living area of Netarts Bay. We appreciated the binoculars available so we could spot the deals across the bay! We appreciated having the washer and dryer for our use. Parking a little confusing as the neighboring property tenants had to tell us the parking space needed to be shared with them. The property was fine with us, was clean, had plenty of linens available, etc. but feel the property needs updating as the carpet has stains, paint is peeling in spots, the light fixtures need replacing. We felt unaffected by any of the suggested need for improvements listed above but feel in order to give an honest review, we should include"

Oceanside Ocean Front Cabins

"Really unique vibe! The bungalow sits directly aback from the main Oceanside General Parking lot. Some confusion getting checked in. The town of Oceanside has no cell signal, and upon arriving I needed to call to get the room info, but no cell signal. Or pay phones etc. I dug through my emails and discovers I was supposed to go back into town to this other hotel. Drove there and got the info to unlock the lock box. Room itself was cozy and had everything but was definitely older and had that musty smell. Also the room has no AC so I was burning up. Normally it’s cooler outside but I was there and it was 90 degrees. The beachfront fire was amazing! Literally open your door and watch the ocean. Extremely convenient. Parking lot was a bit noisy with motorcycles and tourists. However after 10pm things really started settling down and it was amazing to jeer the ocean waves all night. Overall a solid experience"

"The beach view and beach access were top notch!The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any home that we’ve ever rented. Not only was there plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware, there were many bowls, pots, pans, baking dishes and even extra large boiling pots.Keeping this home, and the blue rose cottage on our list to revisit.Thank you so much!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful chance to revisit Netarts Bay, where we had a condo in the mid 80s. The home was a fine place to stay, with great views of the bay and easy access to essentials."
