"It was great staying here as we went on to Disney cruise. Breakfast was good and Shuttle service to Terminal 8 was excellent. Will come back to this hotel again if we plan next cruise "

" Restaurant has terrible food Was told we had a 50.00 dollar credit to use anywhere on the property and when we checked out we were told we did not have the credit. We ate at the hotel because we thought we had a credit. The staff misled us. We also paid 700.00 a night and all we saw was woods from out balcony and was told we had an oceanfront room,and we did not. Holiday Inn is one of our favorite hotels and we were disappointed in several things like the walk from building 3 to the restaurant, pool or beach. Never saw a tram to take us anywhere. Also no help at building 3 for our luggage. We are almost 70 and my husband is handicapped and we never received any assistance. I would not recommend this hotel Our friends stayed at the Hilton and they were treated like royalty for more more than half the price of what we paid. The drive to the area of lots of restaurants was too far and we always eat at the hotel, but I would not recommend your grill restauant because we made 4 choices and they had none of them. Paid 140.00 for food that was not great and then had no credit. My view was so disappointed since we do not live near a beach and was really looking forward to seeing and hearing the ocean waves."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The condo was exactly as described and had many thoughtful touches. Its location within the gated beachfront community was fantastic—truly just steps from the beach walkway—and the area was very quiet and relaxing. Wendi was also very responsive and quick to answer questions and share helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend! "
