"The whole hotel was run down and smelt gross; like dead fish. My boyfriend went to get ice and the whole ice room smelt absolutely disgusting that he just turned around and left. Our hotel room also had a strange smell; not a dead fish smell, but a weird scent. The bathroom door lock was also busted off. We were staying there for a cruise and they offered a shuttle service to and from the cruise port. The shuttle there was fine, but trying to get a shuttle back was a confusing mess! We followed cruise port signs to the shuttle area and started our search for the “Beachline” shuttle. We saw an empty shuttle with a “Beachline” sign drive right past the whole cruise port without stopping. Then I called the helpline number and the lady told me they would dispatch one for us. We had been waiting around 30 minutes at this point. Another 30 minutes pass and I call back and the lady says sorry it’s probably the traffic he said he’s pulling up now and to look for a large black bus. In this time another “Beachline” shuttle pulls up to the port, but says they can’t take us cause it’s not the right shuttle… Around another 30 minutes pass and the bus FINALLY pulls in. The driver tells us he has to make a couple more stops at different cruise ports to drop people off and then he’ll take us back to the hotel. So this hotel definitely has no designated shuttle that solely picks people up and drops them off back to the hotel. I paid around $400 for a 1 night stay and am HIGHLY disappointed!"

"The rooms need Updating. Bugs in the bathroom. Bad wood and tiles. Pool was great. Sheets clean. But some updating is neeed. "

"This property was in very close proximity to the cruise terminal. They offered park and stay option with shuttle service to the cruise port as well as back. The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to accommodate six adults. "

"Didn’t get a chance to get in pool, Mattress needs upgrading and better quality pillows. "

"Excellent breakfast restaurant with amazing staff. Also, the front desk helped me resolve an issue, making sure it was completely resolved before moving on to other customers."
