Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience.

Vale o custo benefício! Estrutura boa, atrações legais para crianças, porém alimentação caiu muito na qualidade , pós virar ALL inclusive. Desde o café da manhã até o jantar! Petiscos quentes e saborosos, porém repetitivos diariamente (próximo a área da piscina). Para quem bebe, opções de cervejas variadas (marcas tradicionais), chopp e drinks. Na cafeteria, bolos recheados, café e chás. Quem busca opções salgadas por lá, não encontra (como pão de queijo, biscoito frito, tortas e etc). Apesar de algumas ressalvas na alimentação, recomendo e voltarei.

A good place for family. Excelent breakfast and location. Need a better gym room.

The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more.
