"The whole place is under renovation. The pool is closed. I chose this hotel so I could do my water therapy while out of town and now.i can't. Only 1 washcloth in the room. They wanted to charge $16.00 pp for the continental breakfast (I can understand hot breakfast but not continental)!! Room has been abused. Management offered nothing!!!"

"Everything about this hotel was nice. The parking and elevator were the only confusing parts. You have to choose your floor before entering the elevator and how to access additional parking when the main floor parking area is full was not explained during check in. Good complimentary breakfast, including made to order omelets and nice rooms. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was excellent and kind. The boiler went out so, we had no hot water for almost 30 hours meaning, no shower...I had to meet family and conduct business...not a great feeling. The staff handled the situation flawlessly. My husband and I had a great time otherwise. The Chattahoochee had great food as well as service."

"The room was clean although the alarm clock did not power on. Non functioning appliances should not be taking up space. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good and AC worked great. It was an unpleasant shock to be directed to a 3rd party parking operator for my car. I aborted the process when the parking registration was demanding credit card information. I chose to park off premises. Huge negative!"
