Our room was very small. The bathroom was very tight. The breakfast was so so. We had so much better.our other hotel in Venice. The breakfast room is tight and not much in pastries

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and highly professional – honestly, I’ve rarely experienced this level of service. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the city center, which is a huge advantage. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation.

Delightful place to stay in Cortona. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff attentive and friendly, and breakfasts and drinks nicely done. I’d gladly return.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

What really stood out was the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was recommendations for dining, transportation, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day before heading into the city. If you’re looking for a stay that combines quiet luxury, comfort, and easy access to Florence, Villa Neroli is a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
