Cet appartement est très spacieux, doté de ses deux salles de bain ce qui est très pratique en voyageant a plusieurs. L'emplacement est également idéal, en étant à proximité de tous les commerces, marchés et des restaurants. La place de parking est elle aussi essentielle, car il est sinon très compliqué de se garer dans cette zone et la clim qui est vraiment un plus et qui permet de bien rafraîchir l'appartement. Cependant celle ci fait du bruit allumée mais aussi éteinte, les stores étaient également cassés mais ce n'était pas très dérangeant avec les grands rideaux. Une porte accédant a de la vaisselle était aussi cassée et ne s'ouvrait plus. Malgré tout cet appartement reste un très beau logement, bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et une place de parking indispensable.
