The property was beautiful, the food and restaurant options were great, and there was something for everyone in the family. But the Kids Club was the WIN! 🙌 The kids absolutely loved it, which meant they were entertained, having fun, and actually wanted to go back. As parents, that gave us time to relax and enjoy the resort knowing the kids were having just as much fun as we were.

The food isn’t as flavorful as it used to be. My least favorite part is our side of the property smelling like used bacon grease every evening. But the staff is wonderful as always. Our room was super clean.

We came to the Marriott 25 years ago for our honeymoon and for our anniversary this year we decided to go back to where it started. Although Cancún has changed, the hotel was beyond amazing. Every single worker greeted us at each passing. The hotel itself was gorgeous. There were over 10 restaurants and they were all delicious! Casa Madre had amazing breakfast and Champions was our go to in the evening. They seriously make you feel like royalty here.

A lovely looking all inclusive hotel by the seaside in Cancun. I believe most rooms get a sea view, some with a side view like ours. Air con worked really well. Bathroom had a sliding door that didn’t close completely but it’s not too problematic. Beds were comfortable. Lobby is grand & looks out to the sea, with a nice big bar area where some evening entertainments take place, like acrobatics, & also a cafe style place where you can get coffee & snacks from early morning to late evening. Evening entertainments such as aquatic show in the pool & bands are all professional & not over the top. Both pools were nice, & had swim up bars. Maybe could do with more than 1 toilet for the whole pool area. Hotel didn’t have a dedicated buffet restaurant for all meals like some all inclusive hotels, but the choice of restaurants perhaps could be more extensive for a Marriott? However the food on the whole was acceptable, though our worst meal was at the Mexican restaurant. All in all, a nice hotel to spend a week in!

Gustavo was very helpful and friendly. Everything was meet the standards except for the food need to forcus on steakhouse and seafood like Moon palace if you’re decided for all inclusive and also drinks options. The property is beautiful and well maintained but it doesn’t mean they’ll be happy with your all inclusive offer that not meet our expectations due to a lot of competition out there.

We are a family of 5 who had never done an all inclusive before. This resort was so awesome for us! It wasn’t very busy, which was a really nice surprise. Food and drinks were all great. Service was great. Staff was so generous. We felt so spoiled. The shows and entertainment were more fun than we anticipated, as well. We did the Caribbean suite and it was the perfect amount of space for our family with a great ocean view. The beach was rough for our younger kids, so we swam in the pool mostly. We would definitely come back in the future!
