"This was my second stay at Hotel Realm. My first experience was fantastic, but this stay was even better!
The room was huge, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottle of white wine, which was thoughtfully presented in an ice bucket in the room. It was such a lovely touch.
I'd like to give a special thank you to Ash at reception. When I checked in, she warmly welcomed my daughter and gave her a lovely gift bag, which made her day. When I checked out, Ash happened to serve me again, and she was just as wonderful.
Ash didn't just make me feel welcome because it was her job—she genuinely made me feel that she cared and truly wanted to help with every request. That kind of sincere hospitality is rare, and it made our stay even more memorable. My daughter absolutely adored her too!
Hotel Realm will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Canberra again... as long as the price isn't too expensive!"
