"The hotel felt very comfortable in general. All the staff was very kind. We got outstanding service and care from Vera at the breakfast omelet station. She was an excellent cook and made us feel at home and very cared for! She was looking after all the customers in line and gave individual attention to each! Thank you Vera! "

"Best customer service! Shirley was very friendly and extremely helpful. She seemed like she actually enjoyed her job, which made for a pleasant stay at the hotel. The other employees were just as nice. We have been to quite a few hotels and this was one of the better ones as far as customer service and cleanliness!"
