« 24 hr airport shuttle- we had a really late flight and the shuttle was prompt, the staff friendly, and the room spacious, comfortable, and clean. We also had a late flight out and the staff held our luggage, shuttled us to a shopping area with a movie theater to spend our spare time, came back to pick us up, gave us cookies, and dropped us back to the airport. I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thanks so much! »

« Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. »

« Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. We work remote and the wifi is sufficient plus have Ethernet connection. Breakfast has a wonderful variety of food as well as coffees and teas. We had to extend our stay several...

« Clean room and bed was good >the ceiling needed work , the paint was falling off. i could not close the curtains because the heat would come on and just blow up inside of them and blow them up in the air . i left around 5;30 so no breakfast. The bed was good and the room was clean . »

« Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here. »
