Interesting ambiance. Classical antique furnishings with an Asian flair. Rooms were clean and beds /linens and bathroom upgrades were excellent. Although, it seemed all renovations of this older hotel have not been completed. Original guest room doors did not fit well and allowed hall light in although they had been upgraded with electronic key card locks. Tub and sink fittings could use some TLC, although the tiling and countertops were new and beautifully done. The pull up sink stopper was completely missing and the tub faucet was loose. The little ancient pub doubled as the breakfast room but the included breakfast was generous and very well prepared. We enjoyed the stay for the price point. There was sufficient parking in the lot in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, buy the ginger beef are the bar had very little beef (which was burnt) and way too much store bought chili sauce.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!”
