"It was perfect for what we were looking for just a room to stay in while we visited Door County. We loved the being right on the beach and drinking our coffee down there as the sun rose on the lake. The room was clean as well!! The continental breakfast was good. We enjoyed being on the “quieter“ side of the county. We would stay there again."

"My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful property for our 1 year anniversary. When we arrived; we were both blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. As soon as you drive up; you see a small cute home surrounded by incredible landscaping. We were immediately floored by the attention to detail here. The flowers; the plants; the entire property is just gorgeous. Its nice and secluded which is important to us. We heard woodpeckers; all sorts of birds; and just natural beauty we don't get in the city. That Japanese Maple was INCREDIBLE!Then we opened the door to the home; and we were just both floored at how cute and quaint this home was. The interior design was perfect, and we both said we wished our home looked like this. Peaceful, not overwhelming in anyway; and once again; just the attention to detail was unmatched. This might be our favorite rental property we've ever stayed at. Communication with the owners was perfect. Basically, "let us know if you need anything, and if not, we will leave you alone" and that was perfect. It was close to everything you'd want to do in Door County. I can't recommend this place enough. We are still buzzing about how perfect this trip was days later. Thank you for an incredible stay."

"Spend several days with my family in early September. Location was very private and quiet, the waterfront was across the road, but with minimal traffic was super easy to walk over and sit on the chairs and watch the sunrise and enjoy the view of Cana Island. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family (myself, younger son, older son and daughter-in-law) Everyone had their own bathroom. Being the early riser of the group I should have taken the loft bedroom and given the master to those who sleep in! Although we did not do much cooking, everything was there for the meal that we did prepare.Unfortunately, we only got to take out the kayaks once, but they were very nice and my son and daughter-in-law enjoyed their excursion. The next day was super windy and we got to watch surfers over by Cana Island, which by the way is a very quick walk! The location was very convenient for us to go to other areas on the peninsula and no drive was very long.If we were to go up to Door County again, I would definitely check to see if this property was available."

"The location and view are absolutely perfect. If you are strictly on vacation it’s a great house. If you have a wedding or event, be aware the bathrooms and lighting are a challenge. Hosts are very responsive. Also understand that one of the bedrooms can only be entered through another bedroom. It was overall a comfortable home for our group."
