« L'hotel est cocooning. La chambre semble neuve et très propre. Nous avons été surpris car il n'y a pas d'accueil, nous recevons une notification par Hotels.com avec les consignes pour entrer dans la chambre. Passer cette surprise, l'hotel est dans un endroit calme et charmant. »

« Large room but very small bathroom. They could enlarge it. Shower much too low. Would be good for 5 foot people. Lighting insufficient at entrance of the room. Quiet location (no football game) and walls seems soundproof because I slept well. Room is smelling terribly bad. Although smoking in the room is forbidden by law since 2010, the smoke smell is still there. Renovation (not only paint) is needed to solve that problem. »

« AVOID. The desk closes early evening. I was held up in roadwork backups and arrived to find the office dark and the phone routed to an answering machine until 7 AM. I had to find alternate accommodation. I can’t imagine what would happen if something broke overnight — you’d just be stuck with it. »

« Blocks from the stadium. Plenty of bars and restaurants walking distance. You want to feel spoiled, this is the place to stay. »

« This was very dirty, was told room was ready, went to our room and garbage was in room, dirty towels on the floor not sure what was all over it. sink had blood or something in it. Bathroom was dirty, pillows were in the corner with no cases on them. Floor was dirty and nothing was wiped off. »

« Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lady working the desk was so nice and accommodating. The first room we went into didn’t have sheets or blankets on the beds. The front desk lady was so nice and switched us to a new room right away. The second room we were in was the grossest room we have ever been in. Broken drawers, mold, stunk like musty cigarettes and dogs. We were going to open the windows to air it out for a bit all the screens were ripped with big holes, or there were no screens. The carpet...

« Front desk staff was excellent, very helpful but the rooms need work. Carpeting in the room had large stains, sink cracked, multiple outlets non functional. Cold a.m. showers. »
