The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room. Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa. They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to.
