Veronika and Mathias made the stay flawless and efficient. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely boutique hotel, very very cute and creative decor, quite artsy. Nice breakfast. Lovely area with so many great options around to wine and dine. Perfect location for Verona city center stay and 20 mins from wineries. Very loud when balcony doors are open. I don’t know if the music is every night or just for Vinitaly period. Look out for shaky lamps and table vibrations. If your lucky it’s music you love and won’t mind singing along. Highly recommend this hotel for easy and non complicated stays. Deserves more than a 3 star to be honest. I had room 110\. All rooms are different so I’m basing my review on my room.

Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly!
