Hotel is slightly outdated, bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat. Room was a very large and spacious corner suite. Breakfast was not included so we paid $14/pp to eat sub-par hotel breakfast and the staff at breakfast was rude. There is a Wendy’s and Taco Bell within 5 min walking distance. Elevator is jumpy, so I opted to walk up and down six flights during my stay. Check out was fast and simple. Oh and on night one we had a friendly spider show up in our room…. Husband took him out and no other “friends” made an appearance for the rest of our stay.

Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner.
Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing.
We would happily stay here again.

Everything was clean, pool was clean and my son really enjoyed it. The free breakfast was great with a lot of options. The location was perfect for Hershey Park. The only negative was our room was right by elevator which was very noisy and there were a lot of kids there for an event and they were very noisy until late at night which was rude and disruptive. Did not get much sleep, but that’s not really the hotels fault - that’s on the adults who were chaperoning the kids.

No hot tub. Breakfast is only sugary snacks. Front desk was very nice. Rooms have peeling paint and old paint. Bed doesn't have a box spring. Just a mattress on a metal frame. Very old and out dated rooms. Perfect place to sleep to not sleep in your car. But maybe sleeping in your car is better?
