IT'S THREE APARTMENTS TWO 2/2 AND ONE STUDIO. IF YOU DON'T TAKE THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND THE UPPER OR DOWN UNIT IS RENTED AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE NOISY, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTING.
