Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room large and very comfortable. Bedding and bed delightful. Bathroom good but so small. Lighting in room, as in most hotels, did not have a bright option so hard to see detail in mirrors etc.
Bar small - never used the restaurant. Courtyard they promote is very small.
Staff very accommodating. Would recommend but overall atmosphere felt a little pretentious and not relaxing in the public areas.

I absolutely LOVED Triana House, I almost want to gate keep it! It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The interior design was STUNNING! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Seville.
