"This hotel was fine for an overnight at the airport. The issue we had was our bathroom was overlooked and not at all clean. However, Patricia and Lupita, who were not originally assigned to our room, stepped in immediately and thoroughly cleaned it and got us towels. Staff responded great to an unfortunate situation done by another worker failing to do their job well. Felt safe on property. They validate parking. Shuttle service was great."
