Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

The room is clean and spacious,the staff is very welcoming ,they let us in and eat breakfast and gave us complimentary water water while we are waiting for our check in time for our long travel ,the shops is just around the corner ,everything is nearby,St.Mark square is just 3 minutes walk,the restaurant is just everywhere,we will be back again one day,thank you Ca Alvise,you let our stay so memorable,thank you for the great staff once again,they treated us well.

"The pictures look great but it has very por maintenance and bad cleaning. Dirty carpets, we found trash under the sheets and blood stained sheets. Needless to se even though the staff was helpful this wasn’t our best stay."
