"Great cottage. Ideal location in central Horsforth. Clean comfortable and well equipped. Ideal place to stay to visit our new grandson."

"Beautiful cottage perfect for two The host was lovely and provided everything we needed and more Would recommend "

"Excellent location, nice property with parking and easy check in process. Would stay again"

"What a gorgeous property. Peaceful view of the sheep pasture, perfect linens, clean, luxurious and great leisure area with pool table and darts. "

"The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs. There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy. But overall it was a great place!"

"We loved all the personal touched left by the owners, thank you."

"Beautiful! Thank you so much for the stay x"

"Great stay, perfect spot for the town and moor."

"The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient."

"Lovely place to stay plenty of room great host "

"Cottage is in a good location. Very clean and cosy feeling. Loved the electric fire, made nice and warm in the evening and added to the cosiness. The beds though were not very comfy and the TV wasn't a smart TV and didn't have any USB ports to plug a hard drive or fire stick so could only watch normal channels."

"Family friendly stay with great hot tub."
