"Stayed at Apple Tree Corner in Harrogate and we arrived late to a spotlessly clean house that was tastefully furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location is ideal, a 15 mins stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Nice quiet and very private location. Loved that the car was safe and it had FREE parking (had to pay everywhere else in Harrogate). "Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "
