My first room, in B Tower, was a disaster... it was very musty, most of the plugs didn't work, and the AC unit was very loud. The bed was hard as slate. The kind staff moved me to another room in A tower. The air was much better, the plugs worked, but the AC was again very loud. The bathtub had random dirty brown water. I had to run the bath a few times to get clean water. It was, though, better than the first I was given. Other pros: TV system is better than most hotels, and the food at dinner downstairs is excellent. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
