"The place was very clean had all the amenities you could need was a wonderful spacious stay for me and my dog. I loved that It had quite a larger yard than I expected. It had a nice neighborhoods that was super upscale to walk around. I felt super safe staying there and it was kind of tucked in close to all the restaurants that you could need and I was super close to my training. It was a lovely stay. I would absolutely recommend it and stay again."

"Very shady place."

"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off. I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"When we first arrived, the key system to the doors didn't work. We had a problem with the toilet and they had us try to solve the problem because there wasn't any maintenance available for almost two hours. They eventually sent over maintenance to clear the problem. On the second day, we came back from running errands and were locked out of room. No reason was given!!! I won't stay here ever again. Also, when we first got there, we found a live cockroach."

"Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend! Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. Felt more like it’s more convenient for people with good cash. Water bottles in room were charged if you opened them (which I get why now) Rating 8.6/10 Will be coming back for sure!"

"The hotel looked very clean so thats a plus. However, there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom in the room so when you take showers, it turns into a steam room. There's no dimmer for the main lights in the room, just very bright stage lights that get the room hot, especially getting out of the steam room shower. The continental breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The food was delicious and the chef, not sure her name but she was black and her name started with a Q... PLEASE KEEP HER, because she was AMAZING!!! I've stayed at this hotel twice and both times, I've been slightly disappointed. The first time i was ready to spend money on a fabulous spa treatment and massage but they were unexpectedly closed. They weren't open this time either. All in all, i think this hotel is over rated for the name it carries. It was not a resort or spa experience at all!"
