Staff was very nice. Area was under renovation which was something that I understand needs to happen, but maybe the price goes down or something during these times? They need new luggage carts. Otherwise everything was really nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — huge thanks to Wyatt and Skye on the dinner recommendations! The room itself and amenities exceeded expectations and ensured a relaxing, comfortable night in Covington. Will definitely be back!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, but horrible breakfast and lazy staff and would not even clean the tables or keep the food restocked. The eggs were rubbery.

We were told on arrival that none of the side entrances worked. Only 1 was broken. The push bar was completely gone from the stairs door on the first level. The room was dirty (including food in the space between head of bed and the wall) equipment in the pool was rusty
