Cabrerizos Vacation Packages

Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable... 1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep. 2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~

The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere.

Amazing stay, very careful staff waited for a cab and gave me breakfast on my way to catch an early morning flight. I wish I could stay longer due to it’s proximity to all sites in Madrid. I will definitely come back. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful stay.

We were only there overnight to catch an early morning flight, too early for the breakfast. Staff was nice, bed comfortable, nice shower and towels. They also delivered the pillow type of our choice, which was nice. The location was helpful since we needed to depart to the airport before shuttles started running. Cons: Dark bunker room has seen a lot of use. It's truly a convenience choice for crazy flight times, and you pay plenty for the privilege. Since it was around $400 to stay there, it would have been nice to receive a couple of complementary waters and snacks. Everything in the mini bar was charged airport prices. The other con is that because it's located it's outside of security, we were unable to go to some of the better terminal restaurants without a bunch of rigaramole since our flight didn't leave until the next morning. We ended up eating at an overpriced and shipped-in-catering in a Paul's which is a nice chain at say, the Bordeaux train station, somewhere where the staff has some hand in preparation. This was airport meh, and a waste of money. We would have packed something from San Sebastian to eat had we known. Useful-yes. These places exist for a purpose, and I respect that. Will I avoid crazy flights that end up calling for something like this? Yes

Absolutely fantastic accommodation in a great location. The rooms are stunning and the staff were excellent and really added to the overall experience. The location itself is also fantastic and being meters away from a metro makes exploring Madrid by train easy while still being walkable from the centre of the city if you prefer. Thoroughly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Madrid.
