"Hôtel très bien situé, très propre, piscine intérieure avec toit rétractable très sympa, salle de sport Bémol, la complexité pour comprendre le principe du package lors du petit-déjeuner : nous étions 3 avec notre enfant, l'offre indiquait 2 petit-déjeuner compris mais rien de préciser pour la 3e personne... apparemment c'était un finalement un forfait de 88 dollars pour nous 3 à dépenser dans le menu à la carte où les tarifs sont assez abusifs (1 simple œuf sur le plat à 6 dollars par exemple) Concernant la chambre, très propre, par contre les lits sont de taille standard, nous nous attendions à plus grand au regard du standing de l'établissement. De même pour la salle de bain, petite et avec une baignoire et très basse de plafond Grand merci à Francesca, notre serveuse au petit-déjeuner qui nous a beaucoup aidé avec ses explications et qui nous a guidé dans le choix des plats sans dépasser le budget, et surtout pour son service impeccable. Autre bémol, nous avons eu une chambre avec une porte communicante avec d'autres clients avec enfants en bas âge qui criaient encore à 23 heures, l'isolation phonique est déplorable."

"Good amenities Desk staff so so Not an hotel so not very tourist service inclined i think Got locked out of my room because they didnt get my card payment correctly for the parking!! What if we had a bathroom emergency or other with the kids!! You don’t lock guests out of their room for 140$ because you have troubles with your system!! Very dissapointed"

"Un superbe hôtel idéalement placé dans Back Bay. Un personnel très attentionné avec une mention spéciale pour notre voiturier qui nous a faciliter notre arrivée et notre départ avec nos très nombreux bagages et skis. Chambre très spacieuse et de tout confort ! Literie très confortable ! Service de thé et cage à disposition Nespresso et palais du thé . Ménage impeccable ! Bref une superbe adresse où nous retournerons pour un pro bain séjour à Boston 😍"
