« This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most. »

« There were 2 restaurants and 1 bar plus room service. We ate solely at the resort. Some foods were better than others but there were still a good amount of options to choose from. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the huge pillows. Internet access was great throughout the whole resort. The transportation access was a bit lacking, not too many times available and it was pricey. The service was amazing. All staff! From the concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, house keeping, food...

« Amazing stay, great for families traveling with a baby/toddler. Staff was attentive, room (and resort) was spotless. The level of customer service and care that we received is second to none. We paid for all inclusive and only had one drink. You don't need to be drunk to have fun here. Will be back, already recommended to friends and family. »
