Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

The is really nice. The suite we had was lovely and our kids loved it. The breakfast was excellent and with option to get a breakfast box to your suite at no extra charge is great. Staff were very helpful and reactive to anything you need. The downsides were our suite had a beach style sand area outside which for us wasn’t a good idea because you drag sand everywhere where and the WiFi was not great in our suite. But generally our stay was great and would stay again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it just keeps getting better. We had a villa that sleeps 6, which was a double with en-suite, a twin room and a double fold down bed in the living room. I was excellent with a large patio that got the sun all day. The villa had everything you could ask for, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, ironing board, perfect. The pool area was pretty quiet due to it being the quiet season but it was lovely. The pool bar was fantastic with the Inti steak wrap an absolute winner. (Make sure you order it the day before) The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the Golden Bay Chinese restaurant a stand out. Our only disappointment was that Golf Del Sur golf course was close longer than expected, so we never got to play it. Amarilla golf is five minutes away so didn’t spoil the holiday. Every single member of staff that we came across was excellent, they constantly kept in touch via WhatsApp and provided us with excursion suggestions and local events. Look forward to returning.

Highly recommend this resort for South Tenerife! While it’s not right in the middle of the main resort areas, my boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. There’s so much to do right on the property that we never felt like we were missing out. Everything was clean, and our room was a great size with a lovely partial ocean view. We rented a car and always found convenient parking near the main entrance. The resort felt very safe to walk around at night, and staff were always present. The breakfast buffet offered tons of options and was consistently good. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We went with the all-inclusive package and really appreciated the free meals and drinks at their other restaurants. Hard Rock never disappoints — we’d definitely recommend it and would return!
