Great hotel. Second visit and may return for a third time.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The number one issues that we had was parking. Last year when we stayed there was ample parking. This year for whatever reason they decided to implement 9€ parking fee for a section of the parking area inconveniencing guest who have mobility issues and not to mention the set up took away 4 spots! If parking is an issue for staff and hotel guest the staff should be shuttled, thus creating room for paying guest. Additionally the hotel should provide a tag for guests who have cars to be able to get in and out of the parking.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it just keeps getting better. We had a villa that sleeps 6, which was a double with en-suite, a twin room and a double fold down bed in the living room. I was excellent with a large patio that got the sun all day. The villa had everything you could ask for, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, ironing board, perfect. The pool area was pretty quiet due to it being the quiet season but it was lovely. The pool bar was fantastic with the Inti steak wrap an absolute winner. (Make sure you order it the day before) The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the Golden Bay Chinese restaurant a stand out. Our only disappointment was that Golf Del Sur golf course was close longer than expected, so we never got to play it. Amarilla golf is five minutes away so didn’t spoil the holiday. Every single member of staff that we came across was excellent, they constantly kept in touch via WhatsApp and provided us with excursion suggestions and local events. Look forward to returning.

The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October.
