The property is nice, rooms are clean, bathrooms can use more cleaning near the tub in corners etc. the shower heads are too low and because the shower is small, you end up hitting the shower head or the wall. There is a parking fee for your car. Other than that, the hotel is great!

The buffet was nice. Not impressed with the restaurants. Almost impossible to get a reservation. You can only book for two days in advance and when we could find an availability, it was for 8-8:30.
Needed a room change because our bathroom door fell off the rails. And none of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked.
That being said, we still had a wonderful time. Drinks were great. Beach beautiful Friendly staff.

We were excited by all the posted reviews. Booked figuring despite the cost it would be worth it however maintenance closed straight path to the cove pool and had to walk around for the remainder of our stay with three kids in transit. Room was not well cleaned - dust on mirror, glass tables, jellybeans on floor and room smelled of dirty sulfur water (horrible brushing teeth) and the water ran on toilet for 10min . Interesting what hard earned money can get you. That said kids loved the water park and fitness center was nice.
