I really liked The pool area with a steam room adjacent tô it that is turned on At night. The room is Just ok and The property has a lot of mosquitos everywhere which makes it Hard tô sleep At night

broken toilet,faulty TV, recpn gangster,no english
Grounda were ok and room was allright but TV channels fuzzy and after complaining they said itd be fixed the same day. Afternoom still wasnt fixed and next day complained and they lied and said maintenance was happening to cable for everyone. Next day someome came in and tried tuning it and got 2 channels and not rest. fail!!! Worst part of room was toilet flusher broke and I had to call maintence. Out of all days I stayed there only on the last day was there and english speaker, the rest spoke about 10 words of english and thats it so BEWARE if you only speak english. Staff were also a little rude and one guy kept walking around with a chain, also had tattoos and looked a little gangster

Instalação elétrica ruim, sem luz e fechadura ruim
Cheguei da praia alguns minutos antes das 14h. Solicitei a possibilidade de fazer o check in antecipadamente. Pois queria tomar um banho e seguir para praia novamente. Na recepção me informaram que o quarto não estava pronto, pois estavam limpando. Ao retornar às 14h em ponto, pra realizar o check in. Me informaram que na verdade o quarto estava com a fechadura eletrônica ruim. E que na verdade o quarto já estava limpo desde cedo. Não havia outro quarto disponível. Em pleno feriado, cidade lotada, acabei aceitando o quarto. E durante toda a hospedagem ninguém da pousada foi conferir a fechadura ou verificar minha situação. A portada não fechava por fora, e todas as vezes que sai precisava deixar o quarto aberto. Sofri muito com calor. Houveram diversas quedas de energia, algumas rápidas, e outras de horas. Somente nas dependências da pousada. Todos os demais locais ao lado, estavam com energia. Claramente um problema nas instalações elétricas da pousada. Na recepção fomos informados que houveram outros dias assim. Absurdo! O atendimento em geral foi bem amador! O estacionamento não havia organização alguma. Os carros trancando uns aos outros. No mínimo deveriam botar alguém organizando isso. Quarto de frente pra piscina, muito barulho. Descobri que era possível trazer convidados de fora para usarem a área do hotel. O ponto alto foi a cozinha do hotel. Comida boa! Buffet de café da manhã bem honesto. O hotel fica bem localizado. Porém não recomendo à ninguém.

A equipe de garçons maravilhasa é muito solicita . Sempre fazendo de tudo para nos oferecer o MELHOR. PARABÉNS a todos que não medem esforços para tornar nossas diárias ACONCHEGANTES e INESQUECÍVEIS . Quarto , piscina e todo espaço do Hotel estão de nora 100000 . O hotel aumentou muito as tarifas dos quartos em comparacao aos preços do 1 semestre, sem entretanto nao oferecer nenhuma melhoria adicional. Os quartos Luxo sao antigos, precisando de uma modernizaçao urgente, como por exemplo uma televisao maior, instalacoes sanitarias muito ruins, mesinha de cabeceira sem gavetinha, agua do chuveiro com uma vazao muito pouca, wi-fi instavel. Pontos fortes do Hotel : Atendimento, piscina super limpa, e um cafe excelente.

no es 4 estrellas
el hotel está muy bien ubicado a pocas cuadras del centro, restaurantes y tiendas.. las habitaciones son bien aseadas diariamente.. las primeras noches fue terrible el ruido que llegaba desde la calle. 6 am comenzaban a trabajar en una obra y se acabó el sueño.. pedi cambio de habitación y al tercer día recién nos cambiaron a una pieza oscura con un balcón que no daba a ninguna parte. Por lo mismo la ventilación del baño y pieza eran a medias.. el “gerente” nos cambió después de tres dias insistiendo. Respecto a las instalaciones, comida desayuno buena y buena atención y amabilidad..la atención del bar de la piscina deja que desear..

Nos serviu dentro do que procurávamos: um hotel próximo da Rua das Pedras e com estacionamento. Como deixamos para reservar faltando menos de uma semana, foi um dos poucos hotéis que ainda tinha vaga. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, o café da manhã é bem servido e a área da piscina é muito boa. A limpeza é ok, mas poderia ser melhor. O chuveiro é péssimo, sem pressão nenhuma. No geral, o hotel é bom, mas não impressiona em nada. Acredito que pelo preço (aprox. 400 a diária) você encontre opções melhores reservando com mais antecedência.

Tivemos uma boa estadia, hotel bonito mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, banheiro encardido, área externa com muita barata. Piscina ótima, mas a pedra (parede) do chuveiro sem limpeza. Hotel tem tudo para ser ótimo, só falta manutenção e limpeza.

A localização do Hotel é ótima. Perto de todo o comércio e restaurantes do centro. Os funcionários são muito prestativos. Café OK. Serviço na piscina OK. Só os quartos e algumas áreas do Hotel merecem algumas reformas e melhorias. Mas no geral foi tudo OK.

O Hotel é bom, precisa estar atento a alguns detalhes, tais como a ordem de arrumação dos quartos, organização do estacionamento e detalhes de banheiro, pois ralo do box parecia estar um pouco entupido e portas e janela com sinais de ferrugem (129). Mas muito solícitos em ajudar a resolver. O café da manhã muito bom, o diferencial nas toalhas para uso na piscina. A piscina é ótima, as roupas de cama limpas. O restaurante poderia cobrar um preço mais justo, visto que ao lado há uma comida boa e num preço mais em conta.
