"This location worked for nicely for our trip to Chico. Just a short drive from the the University. Beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen had the basics. An A/C unit for each room was nice. This is an older property that has been fixed up for short term rentals. I would stay here again. Although close to a main road, it is very quiet inside when doors/windows are closed. "Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). "
