"Great location! Comfy bed! Well stocked kitchen! Will stay again when next in Chico."

"We loved our stay. It was exceptional and when we visit our son again this where we will stay. It was nice meeting the host too"

"This is a great place for me to stay because my brother lives on the property. It is very convenient. Comfortable, and in a very lovely rural location.
