"Great location! Everything downtown Chico has to offer - shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market - all within 3-4 blocks walking distance. Felt very safe in this neighborhood too. The accommodations were fantastic! Excellent A/C & fans (107 degrees the weekend we stayed!), great kitchen with all the supplies needed, Starbucks pod coffee & it was VERY CLEAN! Comfy & very homey feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved this little cottage and chose it for the ability to have a kitchen to cook my own meals. Very clean. Nice and cool. It was very quiet with a lot of privacy. The only negative was that the bathroom light comes on automatically and at night that would bother me so a little duct tape to cover up the motion sensor was all I needed. I really enjoyed my stay there."

"This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. Our first evening there we got to see out the window a deer and rabbits enjoying their evening meal. This is one of the most restful places we have ever stayed. The apartment was truly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice after our hikes to return to the air conditioned room to cool...

"This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults."
