We definitely book this for the novelty value of staying on a beautiful old ship. Check in was an effort. No one was around to answer the door. It was 20minutes before we got in and only because other guests came back. Even though the portholes were closed the rain leaked through alot and some of our stuff got a bit damp. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was tasty and it was a fun stay. The ship needs some TLC and maintenance.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

The hotel is nice and well located . The staff are very friendly. There was quite alot of construction noise in the area but I understand this is out of the hotels control. The bars downstairs were not always open. We were told we could take a drink from the downstairs bar to our room as it was closing . However when I tried to take a drink from the rooftop bar to our room I was told it was not allowed which was a bit confusing.
I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Gothenburg

All the staff were super. Ate Breakfast, Lunch and Tea there and was very impressed. Receptionist stayed up late to welcome me and remembered my name which was a lovely personal touch - would stay again any time!
