Suzanne and John were really thoughtful in sharing that there was unexpected roadwork outside the cottage, giving us the opportunity to find another place to stay but we decided to go ahead and are so glad that we did. The cottage is comfortable and quaint with all the amenities you need to relax. The cottage is walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, and bars. "Lovely old cottage, furnished well with a nice kitchen having everything you need for eating in (except for a sieve or collander). Clay tiles on ground floor make the floor cold so bring slippers in low season. Some very low beams so tall people beware. Couldn't light the gas fire though. Surprised to find slow-moving bees on window sills or on floor each day when returning from day out."

"A perfect barn conversion giving you everything you need for a peaceful break away from everything. A friendly welcome from the host shortly after arrival who gave us really useful info on the local area etc. The barn itself is perfect and gives you everything you'd need for the perfect break. North of the city was Constable country… nice walks and interesting info on the artists. South we enjoyed Tiptree museum, and the Salt marshes for walking and photography. "Had a problem gaining entry to the property due to being unable to access the keybox. Unfortunately we were given the wrong code and having contacted the owner and being given the new code we were still unable to open the box. The owner gave us the cleaner’s telephone details and they delivered a set of keys within 15 minutes of our call. On access to the property we found the accommodation was superb. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Whatever we were likely to need was provided...

"Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need is on your doorstep. We strongly recommend Samphire restaurant, amazing food. Train station only 10 minutes walk away, we explored Faversham and Margate. Garden is completely enclosed for a dog. There is parking, but slightly limited on the street directly outside. The customer service from Keepers Cottages cannot be faulted!"
