"Room was not ready when we arrived. I asked Sol when would be ready she said soon. waited an hour for room to be ready that I paid for"

"The pool was so full of bleach it burned my eyes my daughters eyes her skin was full of rashes and she was coughing from inhaling it. We booked it for the pool and went in for 2 min and came right back out. Tons of construction going on that isn’t posted on website. The room was decent, beds were comfy, but the floor hadn’t been cleaned and the rugs not vacuumed. Staff was very kind, helpful and pleasant. "
