Horrible! Read the other reviews. This is common. My room was confirmed 7 days in advance. WorldMark sent multiple emails looking forward to my stay. Even the day before. When I fly in and check-in at the desk they tell me they overbooked and canceled my room. The staff was unwilling to help. They gave me an 800 number to call and said to call them. I had a meeting scheduled in 30 minutes and no time to find another hotel. They do this often based on reviews. I would not gamble booking a reservation here until they learn to treat customers better. They even emailed me thanking me for staying with them and asking for feedback...unbelievable.

"Although an older hotel, the Mediterrean Inn has updated rooms and bathrooms beautifully. Their lobby is clean and welcoming. The rooftop lounge is lovely with a beautiful view of the Space Needle.
