"Great view from my window albeit through a dirty window. Love the location and spacious rooms. This property could be awesome. It used to be as the Mantra. It is now run down and things are done on the cheap. As an example instead of a note pad in the room, there were a few bits of lined paper stapled?? ..."

"Reception staff very professional and friendly. Facilities old and tired. Chipped furniture, stained carpets and very badly stained duvet with no cover. No Smart TV which was really disappointing for such a large hotel. Overall a negative experience therefore not recommended."
