The property was clean and updated in a great location. The price was great compared to other properties in the area and included free parking and breakfast. The front desk staff was so friendly! We had one small issue with housekeeping and the manager more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again

The hotel overall needs deep cleaning (dust in the corners, dirty carpet, dirty walls) and is out dated (chairs in the restaurant are all peeling from wear and tear and looks horrible and furniture in the rooms are outdated as well). There is no breakfast buffet as advertised and the restaurant is not open during dinner hours and you will have to eat/order from the bar area and they do not cater to the full menu that is shown in the elevators. Parking is either self-parking of $40+ a day with no in and out privileges and vehicles no taller than 6’ or valet parking at $54/daily with in and out privileges and they can accommodate vehicles taller than 6’ though have limited space. Location is perfect if attending an event at PPG or at The Wylie.
