    It has a beautiful terrace where you will find the cozy 5m x 3m pool where you can cool off on hot summer days.

    You will also find a table for 6 people where you can enjoy meals made on the barbecue that this house offers, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

    Just as you will find another area with sofas and armchairs where you can relax while reading a book or having a drink with the rest of the guests.



    You will see that the interior preserves the rustic Mallorcan-style, but without being left behind in time.

    On the ground floor, they have the cozy and bright living room where you can sit and watch whatever you feel like on Netflix, or other applications (there is no satellite or antenna TV).

    The living room connects directly with the dining room and on the other side connects with the spacious kitchen, where you will find all kinds of facilities for your meals.

    On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

    The entire ground floor has radiant floor heating for the cold winter days.



    Going up to the first floor, you will find the rest of the double bedrooms and the other bathroom with a shower.
