Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this location has everything there are many restaurants and stores of all kinds within walking distance including the supermercado , the Bank and Único shopping mall only a 2 minute walk. La Pradera has something for everyone. The city center is a 15 minute walk. The bus runs right in front of the hotel or take a taxi for less than 10,000 peso. If you want a affordable accommodation with access to excellent services and friendly people this is the place. I will definitely return.

We stayed here for just one night during our trip from Toronto to visit the breathtaking Valle de Cocora, and I wish we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived, Pablo and Marbella made us feel completely at home. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The glamping experience was everything we hoped for – peaceful, secure, and surrounded by nature. The tent was cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a restful night. We were served a delicious fresh dinner and breakfast, all thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view was pure bliss. This place is a true gem and a perfect base to explore Valle de Cocora. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience. Es un hotel viejo pero con una vista espectacular, area de picnic y varias opciones para comer. Mirador con vista espectacular.

Room was clean. We had ant issues but staff promptly dealt with that. Sliding door had many gaps so wasn’t completely sealed. Breakfasts were amazing!
