The room wasn’t the cleanest. Also had requested a double bed but did not receive this. Was really hard to get hold of staff to communicate. Hotel itself was lovely area and still would not put me off going again.

Great location not far off the old town square.
Breakfast fantastic.

The garni hotel was just lovely. The room was clean and modern and so was the bathroom. It was central enough to get anywhere and breakfast was fab. We had dinner there a couple of times. The salmon en route was the best. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our trip to Krakow in large part because the hotel was so good. Thanks.

"Lovely hotel. Modern, very spacious room. 30min walk from the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the peace and quiet and surrounded by the parks so very pleasant walk.
