City break
BO was on reception when we arrived she was so friendly and helpful even told us if we got lost during our stay just ring her all the staff were lovely 😊 beds were so comfortable area was fairly quiet breakfast was good plenty of variety lovely spa area as well very near the metro easy to get around .

The breakfast room was well maintained, and had a good variety of food choices. Prosecco was available. Room was good size with a great bathroom and shower. Staff were very helpful! Location a bit far from main attractions for walking, but metro (or bus) within a few blocks.

Fantastic birthday weekend
Visited Budapest for the first time to celebrate my birthday, the staff at reception made me feel welcome and were respectfull, i was given a birthday cake and glass of champagne on the day. Bedroom was spacious, good amenties, it all about the detail. The water in the shower was not very hot during my stay, i attemped to have a bath but the water didnt stay hot for long so was not relaxing, i didnt like the fact that 2 twin beds were pushed together to make a double and instead of having a double duvet it was 2 individual duvet for twin bed this kind of defeats the point having a larger bed, if your restricted to using only one side of the bed. I asked about this at reception and was told all the beds were the same. There was a Good variety of food at breakfast but the staff were not as friendly, a good morning would have sufficed and it took them a longtime to clear my empty plates even when i was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was a four star hotel but considering it was only a 3 star the facilities were good and the service was definitely 4 star so all was well

This is a good hotel in the middle of south Budapest. It is very difficult to find parking there but this hotel has a parking only 2 min. walk away for low cost. It was nice. From outside, it looks like a very small hotel, but inside was very roomy and comfy. Breakfast was great.

This is a pleasant and friendly hotel. The staff are keen to help and share advice. The rooms are pleasant and nicely sized. Breakfast is good and has some nice touches like a chocolate fountain and champagne!

Family fun
Was a family trip with my sister and daughter. Check was a quick and they were very helpful with our questions. We didn’t exchange our money yet but haves is the tickets for the Hop on and off bus and was told we could pay later. Chris was a great help and very friendly as we had drinks at the bar on 2 nights. Breakfast was everything we could ask for and even got coconut milk for my daughter who is vegan.

They charged me an extra night which I had called and cancelled through hotels.com They said it's hotels.com's and expedia's fault and they can't do anything to help me. Very unhappy to pay and extra night to this mediocre hotel. Very angry that the staff was not willing to solve my problem. It's an OK hotel if you're OK with terrible service.

The best for this hotel is the front desk service. All of the staff there are very nice and helpful. They provided us lots of tourist information and made the booking for us. The complimentary lemonade is tasty. You can help yourself just next to the breakfast corner. The only con is the location, a bit far away from the sightseeing hotspot.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quick check in, bed good size and comfortable, very clean throughout and all staff helpful and welcoming. a complimentary bottle of wine in the room on arrival and a cake presented on the day of my birthday, Thank you to all staff for your kindness and professional attitude, Mr & Mrs Moloney from the uk.
