Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. Nous avons vraiment été déçu de notre séjour, chambre, salle à certains endroits, porte de la salle de bain, dégradée, un luminaire sur deux dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait retourner chaque matin mendier un ticket pour le petit déjeuner, alors qu’il était compris dans notre réservation, et à l’accueil ils n’ont pas souhaité nous donner tous les tickets d’un coup… De quoi perdre du temps tous les matins. De plus, notre chambre a été nettoyé, nous étions très content… Jusqu’à ce que nous rentrions le soir, et trouvions notre porte de la chambre ouverte, nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil, qui ne sait même pas déplacer, et qui ne nous a même pas répondu pour savoir ce qui s’était passé. Service propreté et clientèle à revoir. Nous reviendrons à Philadelphie c’est sûr, mais jamais dans cet hôtel."
