This suite hotel is situated at the convenient location to Univ of Penn. We stated at the hotel for a campus tour. The hotel suite is clean and specious, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Instead of street parking, we selected their valet parking service which is super easy. The paid breakfast is rich and very reasonably priced. I strongly recommend this hotel especially for a family trip.

Beautiful app and really love the gym. Could'n acess the rooftop even after several try with code that was not working. Location is perfect. Great place to stay.

Told I can only check in after 4 pm. I stored my luggage and came back at 5 pm and was told my room won’t be ready until 5:40 pm.

The Ad said “parking is available” but didn’t say with additional charge! It was $20 per day! Like everywhere else in Philly finding street parking was a challenge.

Great location on Broad St, close to restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. Subway stopped across the street for easy access to sporting events

Two sets of locked doors made me feel safe. The hotel is off a side street as well, so there wasn’t much traffic. It was driving distance from restaurants and stores. Only negatives we had were that the floor could’ve been mopped better. We used a swiffer and cleaned it ourselves. People in other rooms were microwaving food that shouldn’t be microwaved, and the smell carried.

Close to airport
